Η Gentle Yoga are for all! A gentle class isn’t necessarily an “easy” one. It is a low-intensity active class with emphasis on floor-based poses, reclined or seated with few, if any, standing poses. It is a more introspective practice that induces a sense of peaceful well-being, appropriate for beginner students as well as the more active ones. It is a great alternative to a vigorous class on days we might be feeling a little “low” and needing some TLC.
