Are you ready to get your Yoga practice to a deeper, more effective level or to improve the lives of others by teaching Yoga?
The educational training of Swaha is a combination of years of experience, knowledge and thousands of hours of training concentrated on 30 days of an absolutely transformational experience!
Tanya Popovich and Jonnie-Lyn Friel, are certified Jivamukti teachers , with studies and trainings in Vinyasa, classical and dynamic Yoga types, based on the body alignment.
Their great experience having lived in Ashram, with great global Yoga teachers,, offers to this training their unique experience and knowledge.
Evangelos Apostolopoulos is a certified Yoga teacher, with a long track record of championships and more recently in life-coaching . His knowledge of body and mind, helps the students to understand more about the nature and function of their bodies.
Students are offered a supportive environment, assistance, and the proper nourishment, so they get the chance and the opportunity to re-assemble themselves, in a way they haven't ever experienced before.

Providing this training program we envision to create Yoga Teachers with skills and inspiration who will be teaching with pasion, based on their own practice and personal discipline, with the desire to share their deep knowledge of Yoga and enrich with it the lives of the others.
Swaha Yoga Center has many different categories of Yoga, such as Swaha Vinyasa Yoga, Swaha Hatha Yoga and Swaha Gentle/Restorative Yoga, thus upon the completion of this program the students may include any kind of audience and teach according to the needs of the students.
The studies schedule is based on Classical Yoga, using elements from the ancient scriptures, such as Sutras Yoga, Bhagavad Gita, Vedanta, Upanishad, Hatha Yoga Pradipika , Tantric Yoga, combined with modern spiritual teachings such as Jiddu Krishnamurti, of Eckhart Tolle, Emmet Fox and others. Chanting is a practice that develops a very pure vibration and lifts the practitioner to the higher self. It is one of the most effective practices to achieve transformation.
We will start and finish the day with Chanting to lift our spirits, open our hearts and to purify our mind.
Karma Yoga is the practice of selfless service. It is a way to achieve the uniqueness, as work becomes an offer without any thought of personal gain. All participants will take part in what is necessary for the proper functioning of our community.
The meaning of Satsang is "to be accompanied by the truth and wisdom". We will read and think on the scriptures of ancient and modern enlightened teachers and discuss how we can convey their importance in our daily lives.
