A great opportunity to dive into the great system of JIVAMUKTI YOGA! During the retreat we will explore the essence of Jivamukti Yoga and Kundalini Tantra. Our aim is to awaken and move our energy with focus and intention through a vigorous Jivamukti Yoga practice and to direct this energy as creative force through Kundalini Tantra. A retreat where you can practice, relax at Paradisos Hills hotel at Lysos village of Paphos area, swim at Latsi beaches and have time for a massage! It is time to energize your body and revitalize your soul!
