Nancy Candea, CYT, E-RYT 500, director of International Yoga Therapy Institute in the US, is in Greece for the Yoga Therapy 500hrs. The next few days she will be offering 3-hrs workshops of advanced anatomy on the joints exclusively for Yoga and Pilates teachers!

Each workshop will study, discussion, practice and teaching notes. We will cover:

  • Structural Analysis.
  • Alignment and common mis-alignments.
  • Common Injuries.
  • Healing Injuries.
  • Chakras Awareness.

The workshops will be held the following dates 09:00 am, until 12:00 noon.

  • Saturday 3 January: Feet and Ankles
  • Sunday 4 January: Knees
  • Monday 5 January: Hips
  • Saturday 10 January: Pelvic Floor
  • Sunday 11 January: Spine
  • Monday 12 January: Shoulder Girdle
