Two-days workshop on anatomy, 6 & 7 December Exploring The Kinesiology In Yoga.

Whether you are a Yoga teacher, and you need to refresh your functional anatomy in Yoga, or a student who wants to get a deeper knowledge of the human body, this workshop explores the kinetic chain: the skeletal connection, the muscle and nervous system.

The exploring of the kinetic chain, will help a yoga teacher to express better the connection between body and mind. Teachers and students will better understand the alignment of postures, will be helped in avoiding injuries and not to use muscles and joints in a wrong way.
This workshop is essential for trainees on the Yoga Therapy Training.

It is the foundation of Training 500 hr where we will analyze and see the therapeutic approaches for the musculoskeletal problems, mental problems, specific diseases, special needs etc..

  • Flex and flexibility
  • The systems of the body

  • Micro memory quiz (required for trainees in Yoga Therapy Training)

InstructorEvangelos Apostolopoulos

Evangelos is an Anatomy trainer, meditation and Asanas in training of teachers 200 hr at Swaha Center, and anatomy teacher in hr education teachers 500 hr Therapeutic Yoga runing at Swaha.

From his 16 years until 22 was a member of the National Karate Team, with great discriminations in Greece and abroad. Years championship, assistance in training of other athletes and several injuries helped him to understand deeply the function of the body and the effectiveness of body-mind relation. He is co-founder and instructor at Swaha center from 2011.
